funny thing on espn 300

Yearby is the better running back. ( Better feet and vision ) the only thing cook has on him is speed!!!! Yearby will be more productive as a college rb.

No, Cook is bigger. That's why we need both. We need bigger backs to take some of the load off of guys like Yearby. Both are terrific, but as with Duke, you can run a back, especially a smaller back, too much.

Incidentally, I saw a video of some drills at a camp some time back. I saw Yearby make a move on a guy that I didn't think humans were capable of making.

And I saw some wrinkle from Cook last night from the championship game highlights that I didn't know he had.

Pray that we get both.

Both are phenomenal. Cook may be the better compliment to a guy like Duke....but they'll only be together one year likely. Both or all three that is.

Yearby vs Cook is very debatable.

I see it as Gore vs Willis

One guy just has a natural running ability and does everything right.

The other guy just has elite measureables and nasty upside.

Sounds like a great combo to have play for the home team

Dont get me wrong i like yearby.........but cook can play on those early 2000 teams. Cook is naturally big n fast as where duke n yearby r small. They have 2 get big n they lose speed. Cook can stay that size n outrun everyone. Gore n wm can outrun dudes before injury. Same with scarllet next year a beast and built for college. Yearby will add wieght at um n lose speed but he can make a cat look foolish on a island, grwat defenses like fsu do not allow there guys2 b on islands. cook can outrun fsus dhes that xfactor. Not only i think this AG does 2 thats y he said program changer. I also think cook gave it away yesterday that he will b at um. He said that he wanted to be with the coaches he felt more comfortable with and also said that they said he can change a program. The only coach who told him that was AG so I think its Miami.

Imma glass half full dude so I always thought fsu because Jimbo can recruit his *** off vs AG, but I dunno imma say Cook to UM especially with Yearby being at his announcement.

You do know that Frank Gore was about the same size as Joe Yearby when he showed up at Miami right? You do know that right?

The backfield looks amazing the next few years to say the least. Duke, Gus, Yearby, and possibly Cook. Add that with the receivers and OL we have and those that are committed and this offense is going to me nasty. Will not need a great QB just a solid one to manage the game and get the ball into the playmakers hands.

Our O depth chart is there. Even Coker had winning seasons... Give Coach D a Porsche and dare him to crap the bed... We're headed in the right direction. Give me JC and a DT and I'm set. Give me Cook on top of all that and left completely satisfied. A WR would be cherry...

Yearby and Cook are both elite prospects. Yearby is more of a workhorse with great vision and cutting ability. Cook is an explosive playmaker who can take it to the house anytime he touches it, but I'm not sure if he is a 3 down back. You can't go wrong with either one, but they definitely compliment each other very well.
