Dorito was a bum and a very unpleasant person, but he was running GOLDEN's defensive scheme. He had Dorito running it, because that's the scheme and philosophy GOLDEN wanted to run and he knew no other DC would run that crap here at Miami. That was Golden's defense, not Dorito's

Yes, Dorito was a poor choice of a man to be running any system, but that scheme was not going to work no matter who was running it.

That’s why he didn’t get fired cause Golden did not want to outsource and not have his scheme in place. Soft behavior, did not want a loud voice to challenge him. Wanted yes men
