USA Today has a really good article on the allegations that FSU mis-handled the Winston rape case issue. This is a problem that won't go away by white washing it, it's now with the Federal Government and obviously the girl did not receive fair consideration (justice) from FSU or the Tallahassee police department and she's intent on seeing it through. The NCAA by their bylaws must at some point get involved and this could make Nevin Shapiro's allegations look like child's play.

Here is the article link:

Recruits have to be aware of this and that it will be hanging over FSU's head for awhile and I believe FSU is still on probation from the NCAA and this could be a major violation.

When the national champs are actually investigated publicly by the NCAA I'll pay attention. Until then, I'll just carry on with my life. Would be shocked if anything came from this, even though something SHOULD.

I wish the worst possible fate on FSU. I'm going to personally visit all the witch doctors and voo doo folks on the islands to make sure **** goes down. I wants that BCS title stripped.

If you're not a title contender from the $EC, you better cover your tracks well.

W/ that said, F-*k F$U and I hope they get hammered!

Not really on topic, but what gets me about these FSU idiots is that they think they played in the Rose Bowl game. After they were named to play for the BCS Championship, they started throwing roses on the field. Then after they won the title, the idiot Winston was wearing a rose. They played in the Rose Bowl stadium, but they didn't play in the Rose Bowl Game, the Tournament of Roses. When I went to some of the latest articles, they showed Winson with a rose on his ear.

We, on the other hand, played in the BCS Championship when it was also the Rose Bowl Game. I think these country bumpkins thought they were actually playing in the Tournament of Roses.

Maybe the title should eventually be stripped. Winston should have been thrown out of school before the BCS championship. If the state's attorney and the school had done their business properly and timely, he would have been gone.

Some years ago back in the '90's, I heard about a well-known OL for the Noles that got a loan from a businessman before a big bowl game, and it was never paid back. I remember the name of the player, just don't remember the bowl game.

I found this out from a friend, a UM fan, who is a CPA. One of his partners was accountant for the businessman. I guess when you don't get paid back on a loan it's considered a bad or worthless debt and can be deducted on your taxes.

I hate it how FSU fans are so adamant about putting this girl down and making jameis seem like some kind of angel. Rape is pretty difficult to prove and for you to objectively say it didn't happen is really cruel in my opinion. Yes, I hope FSU and Jameis get their punishments for the sake of UM, but I primarily just hope that justice is served for the girl. I would also like for us to beat FSU with Jameis just as a pride thing, but I really don't know if that's possible at this point.

We may never know the truth, but both FSU and Winston are sure acting like a guilty party with something to hide.

I hope they get f***ing hammered. Fsu fans wanted miami to get hammered so bad when we had our sanctions, I hope this puts them in the drenches for a while.

If USA Today really makes this their effort, it isn't good for FSU. Winston may have played his last game at FSU. This keeps building momentum.

As a federal agency police patrol supervisor, I've worked on the initial stages of rape investigations. Trust me, this statement tells it all:

"A Tallahassee detective told an accuser's attorney that her client's life "will be made miserable" if she pursued a sexual assault case against Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston, the woman's family said in a statement to the Tampa Bay Times"

There was collusion between the Tallahassee Police Department and Florida State University. Due to the "proximity" between the FDLE offices in Tallahicky (Phillips Rd) and the TPD, too many "friendships" would be affected by a real FDLE investigation of the TPD.

This may quietly go away or may get some legs; it depends on how much horsepower the civil rights people have and if they are motivated by Winston's lack of cooperation and FSU's acquiescence to it.

I want Miami to beat them while they are relevant. Wishing for them to be a lesser team just to win the game is cowardly.Butch told Bowden after we were coming off probation that in a couple of years he hoped to field a better team and he did.Golden needs to beat Jimbo while both programs are peaking to earn some respect.

Mixed emotions here. I prefer to beat them on the field and let this rape thing slake out without my being concerned one way or the other. I appreciated the support we had from much of the football community during the Shapiro scandal and give FSU the benefit of the doubt until proven wrong.

We didn't have much support in the beginning if you remember. Most were condemning us and already talking death penalty etc.

Only after it was found out that the NCAA was using dirty tactics to achieve information and Miami was being proactive but NCAA was dragging this out did we start to receive support from the football community

Everyone but Mark May....**** him

Support? Don't know what support you are talking about. All of my FSU buddies were crying death penalty when it happened.

Its crazy how these Seminole ******** will still defend all the players and coaches to the end but if they had a chance would torture this girl smh. Sad thing is though many parents and recruits won't give a **** about this
