I ******* hate the lack of urgency we see from the offense right before halftime and at the end of the game when it was less than 10 minutes or so in the game the last 2 games.

I have never seen anything like that. They have literally been on their bench cracking jokes with the players atleast 6 times already(and that is only the times they have show it on tv). it probably happened off air a few times as well.
