FSU vs LSU tonight

FSU is much better coached than this board assumed. Couple dumb calls in red zone, but overall great game plan and play calling last night. Travis was really good. They have some athletes on defense, too. Verse is a beast. They will give us a game.

Coach Mirabal ain't letting it happen bruh. I'm tryna tell u. I get worry for Backers and Dbs cuz flag and Ivey.. that's completely rational but Mirabal group gone ball
Strong and Addae aren't miracle workers but Mirabal is? Lol don't do it to yourself man. I'm not gone blame these coaches for what they inherited. Scaife struggles vs elite pass rushers that's not an opinion. Hopefully we scheme him some help off edge but 1 vs 1 it's a wrap.

Would you still take him as a transfer?

Wow seeing FSU players and fans on social media saying "they're back".

This is the result of a few things.

1.)One, while being the best conference, people have such an elevated opinion of SEC teams that they think they are much better than they are.
...
2.)FSU has sucked donkey balls for a long time, that's why they don't know how to handle themselves now.
This here is the truth. Wouldn't surprise me if we found out Vegas odds has had a SEC bias multiplier in all their models for years. It's like that logo alone is worth 8 points or something.

Realizing many porsters on here are more hyped up on emotion than football knowledge, it nonetheless never ceases to amaze me how much that clouds their take on our rivals. And I'm not saying I wasn't surprised; FSU won (for whatever reasons) the trenches, something ACC teams have historically had a hard time doing against the SEC.

idk what happened to him or where his mental state is, but he is better than any WR on our roster. Might be a complete headcase now and could be a locker room cancer? Get Coach O to call him up and make a decision. Don't know if the risk would be worth the reward though. We could really just use another KJ Osborn type right now. Though I think we have the raw talent already on the roster, we just need someone to step up and emerge that isn't Restrepo.

In all the Vegas power rankings I saw, FSU and LSU were basically ranked the same.

With Zion back in the lineup it remains to be seen if Scaife will even be in the starting 5. The o line as a unit should only improve with more games as a unit but we'll see, 1 game at a time.

Travis will always have a capped ceiling because he continuously makes stupid decisions. Half of his throws last night were highly questionable; he doesn’t scare me whatsoever. Should have been sacked five times last night but LSU couldn’t wrap up.

That being said, Norvell called a good game up until the last offensive play, and Ward isn’t a bad back. WRs are meh imo, they just throw it up to Wilson or try to get that Pooka dude running across the field. Not really concerned with them.

“Should have been sacked” but not is called a skill. Barry Sanders should have been tackled a lot in his career, but he wasn’t. See my point? When you continually escape rushers and make plays, it’s not luck and LSU has no worse athletes than he’ll face in probably 10 of his games. That’s his best attribute. I agree with most of what you said other than that, though. He did make a couple questionable decisions but for the most part I thought he was very decisive with the ball. He’s better than he was. All I’m saying.
