With a little perseverance and luck, they will be again in a few years. Until then, they'd better get used to their new normal.

Perseverance and luck won't give that program the ***** it needs. I do agree on the few years, though, but only if they take a tough stance and clean up the program. That team has no discipline, and I am not sure Norvell would be allowed to take the steps needed to instil it.
