The crazy part is, Norvell has made a career out of getting average QB's to play above their means.

From his AZ ST days, to Memphis, to what he did with Jordan Travis, he's always been able to get the most out of his QB's even if they're not that talented.

So it puts into perspective how bad DJ Ukulele really is. Like you know how BAD you gotta be to where not even Mike Norvell can fix you?
