The truth is it's everything. Coaching, facilities, the way the program is run from top to bottom in recruiting and development. You guys are all standing on a boat looking at a helpless old man in the ocean who cant swim and describing the water.
There's only one question. Is the coach next year on the staff? It's stated so and if that remains a fact, then we slip further to irrelevance. If you don't know how much further that can be, I assure you, 10-15 win seasons are just around the corner.
