FSU Exodus

LoL, alot of post in here is what we call Hoe ****, real UM fans dont want to see Fsu down, we want them at their best, ****'sin here acting like just because a couple of guys are leaving their program, that means it's over for them, lol. Coach norvell hasn't even been their 1 full year, than we got a thread that's asking "where is the running game" in the meantime this year, FSU has been running on almost everybody, they avg around 200 rushing yrds a game, we just under a ball-50.

Coach norvell is and has already partially installed a tougher mentality in that team, they are already beginning to show signs of being a strong rushing team, so he's building his trench guys up, because they now know they have to be a True run blocking team, this will start to translate to their d-linemen, their offensive identity is being set and the foundation is being laid, in all the years of facing FSU, we've never really had to concentrat on their running game except when they had amp Lee, Freeman and dalvin cook, sammie smith was soft but they did beat us 3 out of the 4 years warrick dunn was their. If coach diaz wants to lay his fate, at the hands and feet of coach blake baker, that's on him. But the ones in here laughing now, just remember your post.

For the record FSU ranked 58 on US News and VT 74th, tied with Clemson. You don't have to be very bright to get into VPI, UVA is the respectable school in the state.

If you're quoting US News rankings in regards to quality of education, you know absolutely nothing about either the US News rankings or quality of education.

The US News rankings ARE NOT ABOUT quality of education. Please look at the factors that go into those rankings before citing them.

The quality of VPI's student body blows F$U out of the water academically.

While this is probably true, having good students =/= good school, and grade inflation is a very real thing. I've known plenty of morons that graduated from Ivy's.

Yes, you probably get a better education at VT. Particularly for engineering. Good engineering schools typically are viewed as good schools because engineering is a hard science and often difficult (and, ya know, robots!). But that doesn't mean they're light years better as a whole.

If you want to compare apples to apples, you look at things like grad school acceptance rates (for alums of the school going to other higher quality schools), who recruits there, average starting salaries, etc.

Simple answer really... FAMU
They have been living off of that school for years.

Predominantly alot of florida classmates of theres get accepted to famu...theres girls unlimited. I know since i graduated early 2000s there have been droves of south florida ppl that just move up to tally when their friends go to college and get a job at malls n fast food places and pay 300 a month as they all share college apartments.

That sh*t is an extension of high school lol

I don't think we have any disagreements.

Don‘t forget how much FSU coaches negatively recruited us during Shannon and Golden years. Now it’s our turn to put its face in the mud while its down. Let’s poach whatever recruit or transfer can help us win. If FSU implodes like I hope it could be down for years.

I do tend to put more value (literally, value $$$) on engineering over the schools of arts and crafts.

Most state schools are big high schools.

My guess is Manny and Co. have their eyes on FSU's roster and recruits. As bad as things are in Tally and they haven't even hit rock bottom yet, you can guarantee that many of their guys have reached out about coming aboard.

In a normal year with a traditionally loaded FSU roster and incoming class, I'd say raid the fvck out of them. Sad thing is, I personally don't see more than a handful of guys worth considering. Such a shame.
