3rd choice may be best choice. Eliminates Carlie Strong from consideration. Gators are offensively challenged for years.

He's in the perfect position. He'll dominate his weak a$$ conference for as long as he's there. At a minimum he'll win 10 games a year. He's working for the largest university in the country. He's in a decent city. He can choose to sit back and be picky about where he wants to go.
 
Mullen is a good coach as far as X's and O's and Grantham is a solid DC assuming he brings him along. However, he is not a very personable guy and probably won't resonate well with the south Florida kids and the HS coaches down here.

They'll improve from Shark fvcker, McEltooth, etc but still won't surpass Miami or FSU with this hire. He's still unproven without Dak. Fitzgerald was ok, just very 1 dimensional. They'll struggle regardless until they find a QB, especially if Corral flips.
