Manny doesn’t have the stones to hold his players accountable. He’s an analytics obsessed nerd with major insecurities who got boosted into his current position by his daddy.

I remembered JJ telling folks he did not wear headsets during the game. He felt strongly that it took his attention away from the feel of the game. I just see Manny sitting there with his headset on, and that mask and the look on his face like he is looking off into space. I mean Reed has shown more emotion than Manny. I see Lashlee getting into the refs, Blake just sits there like a bump on a log.
