I stand by it. It's not resonating with 2015 recruits. He is an unknown HC to most Florida recruits.

no coach is going to cleanup with 2months to work. go look at Urban's first class at UF and then his 2nd. Your point is hollow.

and you don't grasp the recruiting bump concept.

except for cowart this weekend is going pretty good though....so I guess we will see how does even with only 2 months.

Kyle and TG I'm not knocking Mac or praising Harbaugh. Certainly not praising AG. He was a relative unknown here as well. You don't think a Harbaugh like hire at UF would've helped them this year vs Mac?

My main point was that we are struggling with half of our chief recruiting competition-UF dead this year.

I know you aren't praising AG but I am just directly replying to your words & arguments.

Harbaugh might've helped a little more than Mac but two months is two months. It's impossible to build solid relationships that short & the new HC never has their full staff untill roughly a month before NSD. Position coaches are the ones that usually have the strongest bonds

perhaps but probably not much. Our board was **** to start with.

next year is where Harbaugh vs Mac would make a difference, in theory. Mac might be a bulldog for all i know. He hired a staff that is very experienced recruiting the southeast so he at least knows the importance of it. And that might help us some this year since a lot guys he hired were recruiting the kids we are looking at, so there is familiarity there.

right now I am taking an expect the worst/hope for the best since it is a transition class....but this weekend is going great for us so I have some optimism. A lot of optimism, actually.

Scarlett's mom has said she isn't a fan of FSU and its a little too far from home. She does like UF and what they have to offer. She likes that UM is close to home but that should not be a factor for her sons decision.
