Richt is the banana maker in-chief. Program has been buried since UVA. It is absolutely over.
To clarify... the Fisch is talking about UVA in 2007.

i can do better than that, i had no hope the day we hired him, he's lame, always has been imo, never liked one damm thing about Mork. Butch was the one man imo that held the print to bring this program back, like that or not, agree or not, I stand by it and i still stand by itMy hope was that he had learned from his mistakes at UGA and would come into his new job not only with a
drive to prove his former employers wrong, but with a Lessons Learned on what to do going forward in his career.
But he actually reverted to his old ways and, worse, we now see why UGA brass "encouraged" him to hire and fire
certain assistants.
Stubbornness is a terrible trait for a college football HC....even worse, nepotism.
We saw this under Golden with his garbage defense and his BFF D'Ornofrio.
What's that saying about Leopards and their spots?
Strong takes. The players don’t care because they hate their HC and realize he’s a lifeless loser who couldn’t lead ants to a sugar pile.
The HC routinely decides to give away practices where we could be working on getting better. That’s **** near for cause firing material if you ask me. How can you get 15 practices and voluntarily not use half of them?
You could tell on the first drive that we were going to get our asses kicked. When you’re watching football, and you see the pile constantly moving in the wrong direction for your team then you are going to take an *** kicking that day. They were running the most basic offense possible with zero credible passing threat, and they just chunked and pushed us down the field.
We gave up before we started. That’s all on the HC.
I was going to say, the problem with Rosier is that he's been asked to think too much. He's paralyzed with analysis now - as you saw on the first play from scrimmage, he took an age to throw that ball and I think KNEW he shouldn't have - but that's where the ball was designed to go on that play so he threw it anyway. It’s possible because the HC tries to turn his QBs into robots who have to do everything perfectly in order for any play to work. He mind fcks them into worthless heaps. By the end of Malik’s career he couldn’t execute anything.
Playing Perry, after barely practicing, was the ultimate act of desperation and a clear sign that he isn’t the moral guy he wants everyone to think he is. Like K9 said, he’s the post 2001 Bowdown.I knew going into the game this was happening. Richt confirming he doesn't actually prepare during bowl preparation just confirmed what I already knew...he doesn't prepare his teams. He isn't the only **** coach that doesn't use the allotment of bowl game prep, but most of the coaches that do, are trash coaches.
You won't see Saban only using 9 practice days when he's got 16.
But thats the difference...Alabama has an in his prime DOG. Miami has an old feline that just wants to lay around and do nothing, while getting fed every day. But, Miami is an institution that allows this type of buffoonery to happen. They love these lazy, half baked CEO types that just keep up the guise we run a clean program. But, funny enough, we've had Nevin Shapiro and a TON of petty nonsense go on under Coker, Shannon, Golden, and now Richt. We also have an insane amount of attrition. Between early declarations, players kicked off the team, and transfers...I would wager, if put to to the test, Miami has had some of the worst roster turnover in P5 college football.
Richt legit just put a player in the game that was busted publishing revenge **** or some sort of **** back in October that up until the mid point of the 3rd quarter was a violation of team rules or whatever. Perry didn't practice all ******* week leading up to the game and Richt just allows this dude to not only suit up, BUT PLAY. Dude has no institutional control. He can kick off every Sam Bruce on the roster, but at the end of the day, this man legitimately played NKosi Perry after all of the bozo **** he keeps doing.
Have you guys not noticed we have not developed a quarterback here in 20 years, wonder why that is. They come in as a really good 4 star and leave not being able to throw a forward pass. Can someone please explain, thanks
I've come to despise this clown as much as anyone but your theory makes no sense because he is proving UGA right every time we play a game.
Buck up, amigo. The man who can get Miami back on track in one season is only 3 hrs 34 minutes away.

I pointed out in another thread that his buyout is steep (10 mil if Heupel leaves before 2020 BUT that buyout drops 50% if the AD (White) leaves before 2020.
Other than Jon Rick, there is no other person who deserves his job less than Blake James. Miami would be better off hiring Bernie Madoff to handle the athletic department finances than James. James is like the nervous sweaty rookie cop with the shaky hands who plugs a 12 year old kid after mistaking a basketball for an AK-47. He panicked and gave Rick a totally unnecessary extension for some inexplicable reason. He doesn't have the nerve or the business sense to be Miami's AD.
One year rebuild is easy. Starts with firing James, then hiring White as AD, then buyout for Heupel is a far more reasonable 5 mil. Chess, not checkers.
i'll take a shot...its been that long since we've had any decent coaches ??And Richt & son have only been around for three of those 20 years.
So what’s the deal?

Agree, makes no sense at all, you can't just flat miss on that many QB's though, KD was last good one we had. What's your take on it ?Maybe...but look at all the other schools that are able to turn out decent QBs. It doesn't make sense.
Richt has several factors in his corner.
Donated to the IPF, has a shiny extension and plays in the God awful Coastal Division where football is an after thought for several of the schools. There's no real pressure to can his *** and get a fire breather in here.
Miami will only be moved by a loss of money. Which will only come if enough fans don't show up and stop contributing to the AD.
This is what you get when you constantly scream at the top of your lungs to bring in former players and alum.
This is so hard to swallow.
