If we make it through A&M, OSU, UGA and win the title thats gotta be one of the best teams ever. Glad we got the offense more figured out and the defense has remained elite.

He had a great year at UM and used us as a springboard to get to UGA.

And…fun fact: he has less catches in 2 years at UGA than he had in 2023 with us.

Fun and weird fact. He played HS ball in Upstate NY where I played years ago. This is rinky dink football we’re talking here. Very rare to see a D1 college football player come out of the area. Every offense is running a variation of the triple option. If there’s a guy half as athletic as Colbie he’s all over the news breaking school records. To give you an idea of how rinky dink this area is for football, I was a 5”11 200lb nose tackle who played in our county all star game. Most opposing OL weren’t much bigger and the bigger ones were usually just big with no athleticism. I’d just run by them.

And not only did he play WR in the area, he played for one of the worst teams. I think they went winless this year (0-9). My HS beat them by 50 in 2020 the year after he graduated. Binghamton NY is not where you find D1 talent of any kind. I know he went the JUCO route before coming here but it’s still wild to me.

As I mentioned in the other thread, this is the exact behavior you would expect from former disgruntled employees who were fired for incompetence. I just hope they don't sign up for the UGa football team's driving school program. They don't have a very good rating on Yelp.
