Hopefully he will have a pregame party next year before we beat up on the gaytors

That Meriweather & Kenny Phillips duo at safety are one of my favorite tandems to come through here.

The Restaurant trade in Orlando isn't much to Hoot and Holler about...aside from a few really good places...I'm an Executive Corp Chef here in Central Fl....have Chef friends all over the state...However, there are a couple of places I truly treasure....

Cut the crap. There are a ton of good places all over Orlando. Lots of people leave Disney/Universal and open good spots, you just have to know where to look.

You can obviously make money in the restaurant business, but it is very hard work. Looks like he is putting in the work. Not where I would put my money now, but I may have a different look at his age.

That it is.

The best thing you can do is basically get a restaurant up anfld going well, we'll it, and start all over. Besides not generating business, most restaurateurs next mistake doing the same thing and getting attached to their place while others pass then by.

Nowhere near Miami..Tampa etc for food.. .

Miami is a much bigger metropolitan area, has been established as a big city for much longer, and has a larger population.

Tampa is a motherfvcking joke. I am over there all the time, I was just there 2 weeks ago (and PwC took me out to dinner). Bern's and a few others, and then there is a major drop-off down to Outback-affiliated chains.

And Graham is just one of three partners but the one with the name. Bill and Joe are th restaurant guys. They opened a second one in Ponte Verdes Fl 2 years ago that is doing well

Yes! Bill and Joe are both awesome guys. Love both of them.

This almost looks like a spot within a housing development so it could already have a built-in clientele.

I'll personally check it out the next time I'm rolling through the beautiful Orlando metroplex though as that pizza looks money and if you check out their website you'll see that the prices for everything else are more than fair.

If you're using your head for business, the LAST business you start is a restaurant. 90% failure rate within three years across the industry.

Burning a pile of cash is at least more time efficient.
agree, huge startup, big overhead, much better ways out there. I dont understand these guys feeling such a need to open a business, if they just bank their money while ballin they dont need a business. If you HAVE to do something real estate is good

100%

I lived in South Florida for 10 years. Most places were overrated and overpriced. Where are some of the spots that you rave about?

Dude probably has enough cash to open a private bank account and get legit, solid investment advice (not cookie cutter Edward Jones BS). That said, I'd opportunistically average into real estate over time. Single biggest wealth creator in the history of the US is property ownership.

Restaurants? Great way to lose your shirt.

I would invest in dividend stocks and utilize the CD ladder strategy... Train at night and enjoy the rest of my life
