But he talked about winning and expectations, winning the coastal shouldn't be the goal, but playing and winning NC's is. Reality, zero.

Ideally, I would like to think if Zo was indeed a serious candidate the BOT/ search committee would be doing proper due diligence on the man and would want to hear his vision of fixing the problems with the AD.
