K State's Bill Snyder is 76. Snyder was Re-Hired at age 69. Why? KSU wanted to take the guesswork out of the equation.. That is, they wanted a sure thing.

Now, KSU is happy with 7 - 10 wins per year. Snyder gives them that stability.
