All 4 also inherited better teams than Manny did, & both Orgeron & Dabo stumbled before getting it right. Not sure if Manny has it or not, but he's pulling in a very decent recruiting class even going 6-6.

You are stupid and I hope you get banned forever. It has nothing to do with hiring from within. It has to do with building your coaching staff and bench

You want the two biggest reasons why Clemson, Ohio St, LSU and Oklahoma are consistently in the top 6???? In order:

1. They search for, and pay to keep top coaches
2. Those coaches know how to recruit
