You do realize that Wisconsin completely gave that game away. I wouldn't exactly credit Mario's brilliant coaching for what I witnessed.

I don't have much of an opinion at this point since Mario's not happening this year, but I'll say this. Team A beating team B who beat team C doesn't make coach A better than coach C. And the fact that anyone thinks it does is retarded.

His Coaching was not the reason they won. His offense was terrible and they got bailed out by Wisconsin alot. Cristobal was gifted a championship caliber roster. If we had Justin Herbert and his OLine we could go 11-2 as well.

For all his retractors, Mario has his team ready to fight for the entirety of the Rose Bowl. They didn’t wilt when the going got tough, unlike our Canes who blew how many leads this season? Say what you will but his team fought physically with a tough **** Wisky team and prevailed. Nice win for the Ducks and Mario who seemed mighty happy with coaching Oregon.
