And if Dabo started his career there in 2016 and got off to the same start, Clemson fans would have run him off. Different times due to the prevalence of opinions via social media and 24 hour sports talk everywhere.

Clemson, at the time Dabo got hired, was not viewed as a NC type program. I think they had one fluke title under Danny Ford. Tommy Bowden kept that job for 10 years and his best season was 9 wins.

Let the next guy at Clemson win 6 games in year 3 and see what happens to him.

Its a dumb analogy yet it completely destroyed your argument. You are trying to say only top 5 talented teams go 11-1. If we had UCFs schedule with our coach we would still have 4 losses.

Balling was an analogy for playing. Which he did do. However, I wouldn't expect you to be able to grasp that concept considering the fact that you think Richt is a better coach than L.

Yeah, St Thomas Aquinas only has one loss too, and they don't have top 5 talent in college football. Who you pay doesn't matter.

A coach also doesn’t need 5 years to not have UM ranked 93rd offensively. If you’re a competent offensive coach you are never anywhere near 93rd ranked at UM, ESPECIALLY in year 3. It’s inexcusable and requires an overhaul of everything you’re doing on offense.

These Rickophants love to try to make baseless parallels to our failing coaches and other coaches who had a bad year somewhere else and rebounded.

Great job trying to move the goal post. Take your L and move along. Having top 5 talent is not necessary to win 11 games in the worst division in the P5.

Yes, I stated I was incorrect about him still being on the team. He was released earlier in the year. I actually admit when I am wrong unlike you. However, the point I was making was still accurate. Jacory had a better after pro career than Malik ever will.

Can you imagine the buyout Richt negotiated after last season’s fervor?

To fire him, we would probably need to mortgage all of coral gables and make him the Supreme Chancellor of Florida with total autonomy.

On the other hand, 2023 isnt too far away. The admin just needs to stop marrying every chick that lets them finger-bang.

Obviously you can't win 11 conference games in a single season. Nowhere in my post did I say that. However, being in the weakest division in the P5 makes it much easier to win 11 games.

Nope, but teams with top 20 talent aren't all that different than teams with top 50 talent, so losses are going to happen. But we know that's not the real complaint. You people actually think we should be in the playoffs.
