"We are competitive with our coaches salaries. LOL! 6-7 is unacceptable and things need to change. Changes have alreadyt happened, but they are not going to be obvious to the fans."

In summary: Not a **** thing is going to change for 2015. Same staff. Same personnel. Same scheme. Same results.
 
Isn't it wonderful MIAMI is improving in every way other than the win column?

Changes would've been firing Golden and bringing in a real staff, or forcing him to leave by telling him to fire assistants or GTFO.

He did not say this, really? What the ****? He and Golden are neck and neck in the race to see who I hate more.

LULZ. Always leave it to the imbeciles at UM to go out there and say really dumb **** and insult the fans.

Gotta love the home court fluff from UM's station. WQAM is UM's partner in crime. Same stain of a radio station that employs Dawn Ballick Jr.

This was just released this morning by Arkansas

DC Robb Smith 3 year contract 750k per
OL Pittman 525k per 3 year deal
DB Jennings 350k per 2 year deal
TE Lunney and DL Segrest 240k. Sgnred through June 2016
S&C Herbert 3 year deal 330k this year then 340k in 16 and 350k in in 17.



I am going to say we aren't paying that.

This is false and irrelevant.

We could pay the most but it wouldn't matter as the staff has remained intact. The pay is only part of it, getting value out of said pay is as important.

Who on our staff deserves a raise? And who have we tried to hire but were unable to hire as an assistant because of money?

A sensible fan would argue we're certainly overpaying most of our assistants.
 
Said SEC pays incredibly high asst coaching salaries, and wouldn't compare UM to the SEC schools. Compared UM to the rest of college football. The guy is a *****, "everyone in life has restrictions" when asked if UM faced restrictions in paying salaries

Hopefully, that comparison only includes other Power 5 conferences ...
 
didn't seem like they have any other plans for new athletic facilities either. talked about a student athlete dining hall bc you know that will help up win games.
 
The changes that happened that we cannot see are due to clouds still hanging over the program. But the changes are there, I swear!
