Flagg is not hurt

Find it baffling that we haven’t had a dog at LB in years. It should be a main stay at Miami.

Antrel Rolle said it best, "In football, the fastest person is slow when he has to think, and the slowest person is fast when they don't have to. Anyone who has to play thinking...will play slow." Flagg had to think in Manny's defense. Also, he can't be any slower than Quarterman and Pickney. I think Flagg just needed to be in position where he could just play!
 
Can't forget him being escorted out of the play with his back turned. Lineman could've gotten called for block it the back. I was laughing and crying at the same **** time.
 
Not going to bash him for last year but the stuff that ticked me off from not only him but a few others is when they made a big hit down a ton and celebrated like they just won the national championship. McCloud did that in 2020 against UNC and the guy got the first down. Then McCloud got dragged into the endzone the next play.
 
Let’s be honest anyone playing LB in mannys defense looks bad…. They have to swim past unblocked linemen every play and are excepted to be supermen every play to cover up for the recklessly charging Dline

Granted this is a kid who should not have started for at least 2/3 years and when he’d id he should have been a older more experience player in a system…

And that is why he looked faster his freshman year than last year. He got better coaching in high school than under Manny.

Does not have the size or athleticism to play here. I would expect to see him getting less minutes as the younger kids and the kid from UCLA get more comfortable.

No reason for people to be any kind of mad if he makes plays. I don't care what the kid's name is or what he's done to this point. Can he get the job done this year? That should be the only thing anyone is concerned about.

If Charlie loves him and he's gonna start, that means that the coaches feel he's the best option we have.

He could possibly start. I lean CJ but he had a great camp too
 
Flagg could very well start but CJ will take the bulk of the snaps this year.

New staff, everyone gets a fresh start. The only person I don't want to see play a ton is Ivey. We have heard the same **** about him going on 5 years now.
