Four-star (Fort Lauderdale, FL) offensive tackle Mark Matthews is now down to four schools, as he released on his Twitter page on Saturday morning.

Matthew's is now down to a finalist of Texas A&M, Georgia, LSU, and of course, the Miami Hurricanes. The 6-foot-6, 300-pound offensive tackle who just recently visited Miami is projected to land with the Hurricanes according to 247Sports Crystal Balls.

The Hurricanes will have to fight off three SEC schools.

Along with Miami, Matthew's holds additional offers from the likes of 41 schools including Georgia, LSU, Miami, Texas A&M, Alabama, Arkansas, Auburn, Colorado, Florida, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, among many other schools.

The interior offensive tackle is rated as a five-star prospect and currently ranks as the No. 3 overall player in the 2027 class, the No. 1 prospect in the state of Florida, and the No. 1 offensive tackle nationally.

With Cristobal and Mirabal continuing to stack the offensive line, Miami staying firmly in the mix for Matthew's is another sign the Hurricanes are casting a wide net in the 2027 class.

As we wait for his commitment date to get even closer, let me do you a favor and click play down below, so you can check out his amazing film!

Just doesn’t seem like a recruitment Mario will allow himself to lose. I know we’ve gone more national lately in the recruiting approach.

But as blue a blue chipper is gonna be. From Miami. OL. School that has traditionally put good players here. I’d be shocked if this kid plays at any school other than Miami in college.

Sure Mario won’t want to lose him cause he’s a **** good player. But the optics make this even more of importance imo.

Im surprised with a top list, let alone a top 4 list and what a top 4 list as well.

I want this one really bad. Matthews is an elite Tackle prospect. Does Jackson Cantwell doing well at LT this spring give Matthews pause? Matthews could come in and play RT. I'm not sure and quite frankly I really have no idea how a prospect like him would see that situation. @gogeta4 Would any of that matter to a prospect like Matthews? I know you can't read his mind but what is your opinion?
