If their program shut down, I honestly doubt I’d even hear about it. Our team has more fans at their school than theirs does. The fact that they called us uneducated when their entire school is full of UM rejects is hilarious.

Nobody outside of fiu alumni and their relatives even know that school exists. Playing them, FAU, FAMU and Bethune-Cookman should be relegated to one per year. First game tune up. Otherwise, it is a waste of a game on a schedule that is already too short as it is. Other than that, best wishes to all those institutions.

I agree, we never should have agreed to play them again, it's not like the two fanbases are clamoring to see the match-up, it's a waste of time.

I actually remember when there was some chatter about fiu changing their name to University of Florida at Miami, one of the worst things they ever did, IMO, was chose the name they did. Sounds like some average commuter school for degenerates...wait what?
