@IndayArtHauz is right. Originally, he had an altercation with a poster who he was pounding on for not being a real insider. Essentially the poster was repeating information from insiders and Chise didn’t like the way he was providing the information - as if he knew firsthand as I could best tell. There was a “Franchise Twitter” account that then started stalking the poster off the board on Twitter and calling him a fake insider and the poster accused him of stalking and Chise went ape**** saying it was a fake Franchise account not him. He insulted the poster somewhere on the board and then started a thread wishing death by Wiener schnitzel choking on the guy and so he got infracted for it.
A longtime mod then DM’d him to tell him to knock it off essentially. And then as part of it - he and the mod got into it in DMs and he got another infraction by the Mod for insults which kicked in an automatic system ban. I saw the exchange from the Mod’s screenshots. I also saw the tweets from the Twitter account of the “Fake Franchise” that was stalking the poster from here.
He was let back on by the owner of CIS - who overruled the Mod to the disagreement of every Mod and Maude on the board. He came back on and did a victory lap in the opinion of the owner who told him to basically cool it - per the owner. He didn’t stop whatever rubbing it in the mod’s face he was doing as the owner saw it and the owner reinstated the ban. He stayed off the board a bit and then came back on and even posted. Then this other thing with Figueroa happened and dudes pulled receipts from years ago - He finally insulted

I’m a Chise fan But I’ll always support a ban on a poster who goes after a Mod, I don’t care who it is. The days of free-wheeling insults on CIS are over as well. It did CIS more harm than good and I was a part of plenty of it too.
He was definitely angry about it and felt wronged. But that said, he came back on the board and then the Figueroa thing happened and that is when he finally stopped posting.
I am the 1 Maude who had direct DM’s with the Owner, the Mod involved and the poster as well as things happened in real time.
