@IndayArtHauz is right. Originally, he had an altercation with a poster who he was pounding on for not being a real insider. Essentially the poster was repeating information from insiders and Chise didn’t like the way he was providing the information - as if he knew firsthand as I could best tell. There was a “Franchise Twitter” account that then started stalking the poster off the board on Twitter and calling him a fake insider and the poster accused him of stalking and Chise went ape**** saying it was a fake Franchise account not him. He insulted the poster somewhere on the board and then started a thread wishing death by Wiener schnitzel choking on the guy and so he got infracted for it.

A longtime mod then DM’d him to tell him to knock it off essentially. And then as part of it - he and the mod got into it in DMs and he got another infraction by the Mod for insults which kicked in an automatic system ban. I saw the exchange from the Mod’s screenshots. I also saw the tweets from the Twitter account of the “Fake Franchise” that was stalking the poster from here.

He was let back on by the owner of CIS - who overruled the Mod to the disagreement of every Mod and Maude on the board. He came back on and did a victory lap in the opinion of the owner who told him to basically cool it - per the owner. He didn’t stop whatever rubbing it in the mod’s face he was doing as the owner saw it and the owner reinstated the ban. He stayed off the board a bit and then came back on and even posted. Then this other thing with Figueroa happened and dudes pulled receipts from years ago - He finally insulted @ssvir I believe who pulled the receipt and then he stopped posting.

I’m a Chise fan But I’ll always support a ban on a poster who goes after a Mod, I don’t care who it is. The days of free-wheeling insults on CIS are over as well. It did CIS more harm than good and I was a part of plenty of it too.

He was definitely angry about it and felt wronged. But that said, he came back on the board and then the Figueroa thing happened and that is when he finally stopped posting.

I am the 1 Maude who had direct DM’s with the Owner, the Mod involved and the poster as well as things happened in real time.

Agree to disagree. Mods banning posters for getting insulted in a private conversation (classic Chise LOL) is corny. If you’re a mod and you’re flexing too much and catch heat then take it and keep it moving. Banning franchise, or anyone, tells me they are insecure and abusing their fake powers. Speaks volumes if that decision was overturned by higher powers.

A couple of months ago, I was threatened by a mod for defending myself from a slurper stalker. I told that mod I wasn’t stopping **** since I wasn’t the one who instigated it. So I understand Franchise’s frustration. I don’t take this board that serious and come to have fun and get info on the program but that day I considered no longer posting here.

Hopefully, @The Franchise returns one day and we are all celebrating our programs success as fans, again.

Yeah, we’ll disagree. There’s no safety from an infraction for insults on this board - whether in a DM or not. If a poster DMs another poster with insults, and we’re alerted, we will give an infraction. And we’re not taking shît from people who insult us, we’ll just hit em. We don’t care who doesn’t like it or what their opinions are. Don’t do it and there won’t be that issue. This place is a jungle and there will be some level of order or we don’t survive. For every 5 contentious ***** on this board who we have to deal with there are many many more who are polite with us and who we help. They don’t have issues with Maude’s and Mods.

Anyhow, the owner overturned it based on the franchise having 40,000 posts and being “The Franchise” not because he thought he didn’t deserve it and he said he was wrong for doing that. That’s a fact. And that’s the single biggest complaint we often got - special rules for some not all.

He got at least 2 of the infractions on the open board I believe anyhow. He is the one who started in on the poster which started this whole thing to begin with. He also came back on the board and posted since his Mod issue. When the Figueroa thing happened, and dudes pulled old receipts, he got into it with these guys and then stopped posting. You realize that he’s posted since his issue with the Mods? You guys can say whatever you want on here to spin it back but he stopped posting with the Figueroa thing and now it’s the Mods again.
 
We'll be here again in 3 years. Don't even trip. Switching coaches faster than girls switch subjects.

He also got paid back handsomely by our profilgate AD with a contract extension after the 2017 season which was totally unnecessary. Was some NFL team secretly trying to steal him away after losing to Pitt, getting smoked by Clemson, and then losing to the Badgers in the bowl game?

Yeah, obviously I didn't mean it in the literal sense and had no idea how partly accurate I was at the time. He's a great human being that didn't hold the program hostage and retired with class.

That post was just my built up anger towards the administration for hiring him in the first place. The same way I felt the day they announced they were hiring Manny Diaz.

My bad.
