When we committed to saving football, we got the national championship.

When we committed to building basketball, we won the ACC, made the Final Four, and solidified ourselves as a top 20 program.

The four time national championship baseball program is unwatchable, embarrassing, and chronically underdeveloped at every turn.

There is nothing else to learn about this regime, there is only the effort it takes to remove it.

This is the part where I am a bit confused.
Specifically, I've read on this site from people who presumably know the program that
JD was hired because he had commitment from the "right people".
When I read this I think of Mario and how was the preferred from the "right people", who
I infer these are the people willing to pump money into the program, especially NIL.
Yet some of these same posters also infer that JD is hamstrung because UM's NIL is not
on the same level as the elite programs.
So what is the deal?
Does UM baseball have similar issues as fsu football?
Is this what we are to assume?

This is where I’m at… Mario had his supporters and they have thrown absolute brinks trunks the first two years when things weren’t close to the tracks…
