"Not enough NIL" is an excuse. Period.
NIL, or the lack thereof, didn't create all those errors.
I've named a bunch of "lesser schools" with lesser NIL who seem to find talented and scrappy players.
I'd love to outspend every school in every sport every year. But to act like a slightly-lesser NIL is the root of our problems is bull****.
I know for a fact that in some prior years we TRIED to spend all of our NIL and were turned down by multiple targeted recruits.
Another that kills me....most of the roster is made of Florida kids.
Kids who presumably play ball 12 months/year, in many tournaments, etc.
How could they be so bad in doing the simple things like baserunning, catching
and throwing?
What are they doing?
