As someone else said it, having *** with totally drunk, or drug intoxicated woman is defined as rape if the woman later says the man took advantage of her and she never consented to the encounter.

I don't know the facts of this case but that's what I suspected happened: The girl said she did not give consent--->investigation--->admission of *** under the influence of alcohol and drugs by the players------>authority considered this to be admission of (legal) rape but needed the girl to come out and testify----->she changes her mind and decides not to----> players get off easily. Still, doesn't change the fact it is rape since no consent was given (players admitted that girl was drunk and intoxicated).

So people here who are blaming the university for getting rid of those two "legally rapists" just wanted to use anything against the university. Their hate for Golden and the administration blinding them.

I'm ****ed off at this administration and Golden like everyone else but common!!
