He can burn 1000 UM flags. He was given a chance and he confessed to sexual assault. Now maybe he got off because of some technicality or because someone F'd up, but the fact of the matter is that we are on probation and just like an average citizen who is on prob, we have to stay out of trouble by any means. He knew that and so did JBlue. So thanks for the memories, but its time to move on. It was a selfish act on his part. He knew how much we were depending on him and he blew it.

We all loved him then. Some of you posters were still playing around on "grassy", or whatever. But no one was knocking the signing until now. The kids ****ed up big time, and his immaturity is pure as day. I'm not a golden fan, but this isn't on him. That said, kick rocks Figs!!

Ah yes, the classic "he is from a military family". Why does this constantly get brought up? The military family structure was not enough for him to give enough of a **** about the classroom to get a 2.0 in high school. He didn't go prep for nothing. He had a major shoulder injury that required surgery.

Our fans, as predicted, over hyped him anyway and more people still had golden's balls laying over their eyes. Its not like we beat out ohio state, usc and bama for this guy. I should know, i drew flack questioning accepting his commitment in december of 2012 on this site when his best offer out of high school was rutgers and we were his only offer out of prep.

Not an attorney in Florida, so I looked to see if you have to admit to any allegations to enter the pti program. In Indiana some prosecutors require you to admit to the allegations to enter into a similar pre trial diversion program. Found some interesting requirements regarding d's that reside outside of fl for the pti program. Looks like they have to plead guilty. What say you Florida attorneys?

You do not have to enter in a guilty plea in order to take PTI in Miami (11th Judicial Circuit).

This. It is up to the state attorney. In 6th, you must plead guilty but you are not sentenced.
In the 2nd, you don't have to plead.
