Fight broke out during Canes practice.

The Fog of War, by Gary Ferman.

Gary needs page clicks, he needs chaos, he needs to generate narratives, clickbait, etc. Does he care about UM? yes, but for him this is his monthly paycheck. And peace and quiet wont cut it.

Caring and Pain starts at the top. If the top of the food chain don’t care ~ the Generals and Leaders, why on God’s Earth should the foot soldiers give a ****…

Ray Charles can even see WTF is going on at Da U.

Ray could see all along, he just found it more convenient to pretend he couldn't. The man was a genius.

We're at the inventing narratives stage of the downfall. Mostly everyone now has a special story or narrative to make them a deep part of the bandwagon. This is my least favorite part of our cycle. Can't wait till we move into the "hope" phase where we start talking about names we eventually never hire.
its my first season of coach getting fired whilst im a member on a board, so thx for the heads up

If losing doesn't **** you off...
Losing certainly does not **** us off and that is a huge problem. The players and the UM football social media pages are consistently posting highlight plays after losses. There is no pride anymore. I keep saying it, but I truly believe this soft culture is UM's #1 problem right now. More than no LB's, more than schematic issues or lack of in-game adjustments. It's a crippling problem.

Yea I watched Nesta after that kick and he was ****ED, pretty much had to be held back by some people. He wasn’t happy at all.

It all comes from the same place. It's a reflection of leadership.

No matter what kind of list Flake was searching from he’d of had to go through AT LEAST 100+ names before getting to Manny’s ….especially with what we are finding out now was a 5.5 million dollar buyout just to get him back from Temple..
Miami doesn’t pay their ex coaches buyouts

Started with this.....

and ends with this. Manny going after k9...

This is the type of coach most of this board wants, until that door opens….

For those wondering if Miami is hesitant to pay Manny's buyout, there is no issue with that. $10M would be a problem. Anything in the $4-5M range is nothing to worry about.
