I’ve participated on boards and committees many times and always had less than 10 members and would still struggle at times to come to a consensus. I can’t imagine having that many on the U BOT and being able to come to some kind of consensus, let alone be able to get them all together at the same place and time.

The thing is most of them simply pacify the people in their circle or their own agendas. Rarely from what I've seen is the university and the exact topic discussed the focus of the collective.

With the transfer portal I would bet there isn’t one player that cares enough to accelerate manny being gone. They can just leave after the season , regardless of it manny is Canned.

Losing the vets won’t hurt too bad. If I was a young guy I’d wait and see who the coach is first. No sense in restarting your career just for Miami to hire a coach you’d want to play for.

And didn’t even hide it! Losing him on the field was big but if he’s not in these spaces to practice and workout with the team they had no control like he did either. They were literally living through him. People here were killing #1 and he was literally okay with it and ready to further hurt himself for that U on his helmet.

In that first presser after MSU game, Lashlee was directly asked about D'Eriq going back on the field - I don't remember who asked the question , but it was asked. He said that it wasn't his call. That the medical staff cleared him and D'Eriq was ready to go back to play.

I'd be lying if I said these people listen to us. Two high up board members listen to us & they've been on board with getting rid of him. But as some may be aware there's a decent sized board. In order to vote majority and get anything done it takes action and momentum. If fans really wanna help them let's get some tech people on board & get some bots to send out a never ending stream of emails to all listed board members and diamond boosters from continuously changing emails... Past that this is still gonna take another couple games.

The chair of the BoT apparently left her personal email on her Florida Bar page, so there is that as a starting point.
