Fight broke out during Canes practice.

Ok, Manny's fan club about now consists of his family & closest friends, but not buying this BS. This is nonsense. We're not living in the '70s anymore. Spewing this stuff is unnecessary.

Alot of this has to do with Mandy and d eriq. Kids know how he sacrificed him and even in that last game when he had already broke his collarbone, staph knew about it and he told trainers to just shoot him up and get him back in.

AC joint yes. Broken collarbone? No way. Regardless. If true, it’s gross negligence.

Absolutely. As I said, short of this being confirmed publicly, I don't buy it. I posed the question to someone I know who is an MD and has decades of sports medicine experience to see if this is even remotely plausible, but I doubt it. I'll see what he says.

That being said, if he fell on that shoulder as we all saw him do, was brought into the locker room, diagnosed with a broken collarbone, and the direction was to shoot him up and put him back in.....the entire football staff should be fired. Everyone. Vinny, every coach, everybody.

Some of this stuff is what I wanted to post about. Not the fight this just happened but the guy I’ve mentioned several times having a close relationship with on a staff said they’ve all quit on manny. He’s lost his locker room and staff. My two Texas boys are contemplating coming home which I know you guys don’t care about Corey but arroyo would be a big loss

I noticed you didn't comment on the D'Eriq stuff. Like this post if he broke his collarbone in the MSU game.

All of this is quite believable except for the collarbone. I would be incredibly hard-pressed to be convinced that he broke his collarbone and was able to come back and throw a football in the same game. It was on his right side as well. Sprained AC joint, something like that, they shoot him up, sure. Doable. A broken collarbone and he's firing 30 yard passes to the sideline after a shot? Not sure that's believable.
Fractured collarbone maybe. I did it once playing backyard football in middle school. Didn’t hurt too terribly bad till next day really.

Arroyo would be a huge loss.

Arroyo cannot go. TE is a huge hole next season, regardless of who the coach is. Arroyo deserves better though. Mallory doesn't do anything as well as he does. I hate that guys like him have to deal with such incompetence

Worth a watch.

- Discussion that "something went down" with Manny on Saturday. Translated: he may have been told it was over.
-Something "went down" on Sunday and he is still there, giving radio interviews on Monday.

The expectation was the school was making a statement on Tuesday..... so far, nothing...

I didn't see them but supposedly there were comments on Twitter that Manny Sr. got involved..... Maybe pushing for favors???

So what actually happens this week?

Given that info, the best case would be that Manny Sr pushed for Blake to go before Manny, giving Manny a chance to leave gracefully and find a G5 landing spot.

Yeah well I’ve been trying to avoid D’eriq King convo’s unless they’re with D’Eriq King. I’m not a medical expert but he had a small fracture that got worse? I’m not sure how the clavicle works but his AC joint is jacked too

Manny Sr put the squeeze on Miami to keep his son?

**** so that joint is a done deal?
You gotta think unless certain players just really are home sick and want to go home..they will wait and see who the new coach is. If its someone they jive with, they will stay..if not, they are out. We arent making a bowl game anyway so alot of this stuff will be resolved by early-mid January. Leaves guys like Arroyo and Flagg, etc plenty of time to transfer to another program in time for Spring ball. Hopefully whoever is advising them is relaying this information to them.
