Ferman says Hightower wants back in

Man, I keep saying the same thing. Hightower is a talent, for sure, but what signal does it send to everyone else? Hey, it's cool to quit. We'll fire coaches and bring you back if you want. Seriously? How the heck is this good for the culture? This team needs leaders, and I just don't see guys that quit as leaders. Imagine, for a second, Miami firing a coach and bringing back Bryan Fortay. How would that have worked back in the day? Same with the guy that quit when Bernie won the job. Kyle whatever his name was.

I get their frustration, but you just can't quit in life. There are always consequences. Even if Manny lets him back, it makes Manny look weak. We all know how that ends for coaches. The second you look weak, it's over. Manny already isn't respected or feared, and this would make him look like the ultimate pushover.

But hey, the same fans that have cried all year long about Manny endorse having Hightower back. And we wonder why there is a culture problem.

I think it really depends on the situation and circumstances. If the kid is leaving due to an unfair situation and you have an opportunity to correct it then I am good with it. If kid is just frustrated for feeling entitled to a position then, bye bye.

Not surprised a bunch of cucks are ok with getting stepped out on while their significant other looks for better options only to welcome them back with open arms when the better option wasn't found. No difference here. Keep jerking yourselves off in the corner while you cry about why players don't uphold "the legacy."

Here comes the cis alpha talk but the same guy was sucking Mannys **** just 3 months ago.

Nah. Dat boy slow and stiff..we better off grad transfer imo
4.46 6'4 220....... stiff part I wont get into cause sometimes I agree he can. Meanwhile hes behind the defender anytime people look at him. Feel free to ask any of the best corners in his age bracket about him as hes put every one of them on a roast. But I get it. Hes a cali kid in ur eyes and you want only these lil dade county recievers like pope and harley etc. Look what good that did for you enos. You force the ball to them on a regular and 30% of the time it has a positive outcome because they cant seperate from the defender at all,run very basic routes and dont highpoint or fight for the ball... ask any kid at practice what nephew does each and every time out there and what his work ethic is. Hating on a kid just cause you wanna hate is sad. Especially when you dont even watch what ur talking about.

Kid raped our dbs in camp but didnt get an opportunity. He is plenty good enough to start and make big plays
BH balled out on our DBs in the Spring game as an early enrollee. The best true frosh WR I have ever seen in a Spring game.

ButFerman is saying this? The same guy that said Alonzo was in talks? Same guy that said Gruden was a done deal? Ok

This is a no brainer - you have to bring this kid back. We don’t have much talent at the position. Maybe Payton and Wiggins - that’s about it. Hightower is more talented than all of them.

Diaz has no clue how to change the culture of a team. As a fan I'll take Hightower back, the team I love needs his talent. ******* Mallory can't catch a cold, we need some other big, quick dudes to line up with Brevin. We need to stack talent for the next coach any way we can. It'll be up to that dude to change the culture.

He should go elsewhere. Respectfully he hasn’t wanted to play here for two seasons. I’d like him to land someplace new and find success. This ship should have sailed long ago.
I appreciate you wish him success but I'd love to know how you figure he never wanted to be here... yall have no clue what plenty of these kids were going through. For the ones who stuck it out and still continue to fight for a staph that literally tried to sabotage them to the point of playing with their health that's on them. But I'd be real curious what people on here would do if they had options and were in the same spot. His teammates know who he is. **** be okay with a message board having their own perceptions. This football community is a real small world. EVERYTHING EVERYONE DOES from coaches to players it gets around.

It's crazy how we bash the staff all season but also bash players for quitting on that same exact staff smh. I wouldn't have been mad if the whole offense quit on Enos.
Smh..Bro you don’t
Stop it....He has alot of talent....those weren't just ordinary camp circuits...His coaching was Trash....and please don't start with the "Stubblefield is a Good WR coach" BS.....No he's not....Go watch film of UM teams WR Units from the 90s too the early to mid 2000s....watch the route running...watch the practices...watch the results....You simply cannot hire a WR coach from Air Force...and of all places drop his *** off at Hecht...
im not saying he don’t have “talent”. Every D1 p5 WR has some sort of “talent”..lots of kid kill it in a camp circuit bro..our WR production was not good at in the mid 2000s bruh..regardless of that argument He is not Reggie Wayne, he’s not Andre Johnson, he not AR82 (was productive in a bs system and lack of coaching according to CIS)..but I’m sure u not saying that. To our WR defense the QB play while they been here has not not been ideal..but you don’t quit in the middle of the season like that..there’s no excuse for that.

Idk why he didn't produce at Miami but some of you guys are acting like he never had talent. This is a WR who was unguardable in 1on1s with his deceptive speed, ball skills and herky jerky route nuances. I definitely had high expectations for him and I still think he can be like Mims from Baylor if he finds the right situation.

he quit on his teammates, that should be unforgivable, not at Miami where character and honor means nothing

Lmao I’m hating on him?? For what?? I don’t care where he from bro..i get he your nephew. So I’m not even gonna argue with you cause I’m not changing your stance lol..it’s nothing personal with Hightower bro. It’s not about where he from or this and that. You talking about guys couldn’t creat seperation? Well **** he got beat out by those cats. Why? Cause favoritism from a coach who didn’t recruit any of them WR?..he quit when his PT went Down simple as that for me.
