Wish him and his family the best, he was a nice addition. Idiots here didn’t like him because he was insane and had a cool mustache.Appears he is stepping away for family reasons.
Who leads the strength staff now?
I know some on here weren’t fans of his anyways. Will be interesting to see how or if there is any change in performance
Yep. Family has been very unhappy in Miami since he got here
He got off to a real rough start his first year. Perhaps some may have had unrealistic expectations. The injuries definitely didn’t help. I think we had half the starters out on both offense and defense for that FSU game. Im not blaming him for the injuries, but some of that was attributed to him.Wish him and his family the best, he was a nice addition. 2nd kid coming sealed this decision in
Yep people thought this team was going to magically turn into the 2001 team once Mario got hired. But yea strength and conditioning was the least of our worries later on.He got off to a real rough start his first year. Perhaps some may have had unrealistic expectations. By the start of the 2024 season, the team looked stronger than we have seen in several years. The conditioning was top notch. Strength and conditioning was no longer going to cost us games.
Guy did a fluff piece for tv using a bosu ball and every wanna be trainer in here had their jealousy rage about itWish him and his family the best, he was a nice addition. Idiots here didn’t like him because he was insane and had a cool mustache.
our issues weren't really S n C. if the complaint is our DEs were always skinny, thats on the body types we recruited at that position along with only seeing most of them for one season and then transferring awayGuy did a fluff piece for tv using a bosu ball and every wanna be trainer in here had their jealousy rage about it
Never met him or saw his workouts but zero complaints. We were a better team in the 4th quarter for the most part
S&C coaches get too much credit and too much blame for sure so I try and take a step backour issues weren't really S n C. if the complaint is our DEs were always skinny, thats on the body types we recruited at that position along with only seeing most of them for one season and then transferring away
the roster changed, you could of had steroid needles in the arms of players while they were playing and they wouldn't be stronger or better than what they were. Roster was complete *** and that first season I wasn't surprised, CIS was surprised........not me.He got off to a real rough start his first year. Perhaps some may have had unrealistic expectations. I get it. the city isnt the place I grew up in anymore.Yep. Family has been very unhappy in Miami since he got here

X would have done that w feeley or Feld imo. both were fine SnC guys. my biggest issue was the injury issues but its hard to pinpoint who its on without knowing any real inside on the training/practice schedules/etc.S&C coaches get too much credit and too much blame for sure so I try and take a step back
Like the Cal game. I think Restrepo played something like 80 snaps and his last one was an absurd 70 yard catch and run. Is that the S&C coach or is that just a kid that works like a machine? Or both?
