FAU will be another srimmage

Certainly wasn't a scrimmage last year. The Fighting Keefs were in the game well into the third quarter.

Need to hang another 70 on those guys too. IIRC, we only won by 24 and had some struggles against them last year, including being tied w them 20/20 halfway through the third...(the writing was on the wall for Golden then). We need to smoke them 77-0 just b/c we gave them a glimpse of hope last year.

50-13. They are not much better than FAMU

Richt is letting the guys get confident. He isn't taking his foot off the pedal. We'll be putting up 56+ again.

I know there's no such thing as the transitive law in football, but ...

FAU would probably beat FAMU by at least 3-4 TD's. FAMU is really really really gawd-awful bad

So, yea, we could lay another 70 pts on FAU, but in reality they're a way more legit team than FAMU

So, I'll say we hang like 40-50 on them and win comfortably by around 4 TD's -- it's not going to be a 70-3 deal

Gators suck so bad. They went to Ot last year vs fau and really should have lost if not for the refs..

If anything we should drop 80, since we'll have had time to go in correct those opening day errors and miscues (and there were quite a few), plus we're getting a dog back in Willis.

It's not like these teams play us through some unlucky draw. They schedule it knowing they make a ton of money of of it. Richt understands this is how you prepare for conference schedules. This ain't the time to play patty cake and make friends on the other sideline.

No mercy.

I'm not expecting it to be 70-3, but those pointing to last year are delusional. We're not going to be in a dogfight with this ******* team late in the 3rd quarter. We'll win 49-10 or something. It'll be another scrimmage.

There are no scrimmages in the regular season.

Win every snap of every play or risk losing.

Sounds good in theory. In reality yesterday and next week are scrimmages. The primary goal is to not get injuries.

And injuries also happen when players lose focus......by approaching lesser opponents like the games are scrimmages......

To that end. FAU, should not, and will not, be a close game.

Well, I sure hope the first three games are "scrimmages".

We have more than enough talent to rout them with good coaching - and we have good coaching now....

It'll be more difficult for QBs to complete passes against us if they're on their backs....

FAU 38 Southern Illinois 30. SIU put up 530 yards. No injuries, please.

Brother TC...respectfully disagree...

Unless any regular season game is categorized as "doesnt matter W/L", every snap of every game counts in order to posture the team for a victory.

Miss St thought S Alabama was a scrimmage...Tenn thought App St was a scrimmage...UF thought UMass was a scrimage...Ark thought LA Tech was a scrimmage...VT thought Liberty was a scrimmage...

Mich thought App St was a scrimmage and went down as one of the most laughable losses in NCAA history...

The Hurricanes standard is excellence.
