Around the 14 minute mark - Ivins starts mentioning how aware recruits are that fans are ****ed off.

Specifically mentions Washington, Francois, Robert, Van Dyke etc.

Would suck to miss out on some kids due to social media backlash, but at the same time don't shlt out #TNM nonsense for 8 months and then go 6-6 in the worst division of power5.

It definitely hurts. Those recruits and a couple of others have said so this class. Cant go on twitter and bash the school in THEIR comment session and expect them to not feel some type of way. If the fans dont protect and love their school why should any recruit? The UM account cant post anything anymore without 100 ugly *** fat dudes commenting to fire everyone. Kids take notice and honestly this has gone on for a while.

No. It's not the truth. Ultimately the problem is with this trashy coaching staff and enablers like your comments which reinforce this garbage (see Ivins) and make the recruits see an issue where they should be looking at the staff.
 
Because we're the only CFB fans who are critical of the staff after a 6-6 season with 3 humiliating losses.

Have Nebraska, FSU, and USC fans just sat there quietly accepting the sht sandwich they're being fed so as not to upset recruits?
 
The players see the same things we fans see. If we were out there being Manny's biggest cheerleaders, heaping praise on him and Enos, and just being 100% bought in to what they are doing, those same players would think we are crazy. Why? Because they see the same **** thing we do. They know something isn't right, and they don't need fans to point it out to them.

Dont blame it on the fans blame it on our 6-6 record, i think every body would of been in a better mood if we beat fiu and duke to finish the season strong smh.

Yep. Blaming the fans for them committing/decommitting is the biggest joke statement and part of the general cultural problem that exists.

If the school, admin and BoT don’t protect and love their school then why should any fans?
