If not him, I hope Carter seizes that fourth DT spot. He was further along than Newton two years ago and Larry Johnson is well regarded so I’m expecting him to take all the clock that Donta Simpson would’ve gotten.

Carter is a beast. OSU wasn’t happy they lost him. Was a bummer to lose Simpson but at minimum I think we went laterally. I think Carter was a better prospect and I was banging the drum Simpson was underrated from day 1
