We should. Time to separate the men from the boys. You gotta risk it for the biscuit. We all know injuries are a concern, but you can’t let that get in the way of figuring out who truly gives us the best chance to win on 08/24.

Easy for you to say on a message board. Be a coach, who earns millions, and see if you’re as adventurous risking the season like that.

Listen, man.... I completely understand where you’re coming from. When I say “live,” I think it would be important for the coaches to instruct the defense that if you have a free shot on the QBs, you shouldn’t be pile driving them into the ground or hitting them full force. They should feel a little bit of heat, but it shouldn’t be open season.

Ain’t that the truth. Fans are always in a hurry to take risks, as their livelihoods at Panera Bread aren’t on the line if we fck around and get a couple QBs separate their shoulders.

Kaaya was solid but he looked like Tom Brady in drills. When the pressure came, he wilted like flower.
I remember vs fsu on the road with no running game or defense the guy put the team on his back and brought them back to take the lead late in the 4th. Of course the defense let fsu drive down the field and score to win the game.

Yes he did come up short in a lot of moments but he rose up in some too but didn't have the support around him.

I mean when folden was here there wasn't many clutch oppurtunities. They would either win in a blow out or lose in one. And more times than not they were losing.
He stunk it up in the second halves of a bunch of games. Someone quoted his second half stats a couple years ago, and they were bad. But I’m not gonna rag the kid. He was OK.

the biggest knock on kaaya was mobility

Kaaya was a very good passer, and he is under appreciated by our fans. Richt and crew should have left the kid in shotgun and let him do his thing. Play to his stengths.

Inside, Richt goes and destroys the guy’s confidence and forces him to adapt to his 5-7 step drop back QB mantra. That simply wasn’t Kaaya.

Another Richt ‘my way or the highway’ casualty. Separately, isn’t it so refreshing to go through an off-season and not have to hold your breath worried if 1/3 of the roster would be suspended?

Back to Kaaya — Good kid and could have had a very successful career at UM under Enos.

My comment regarding Kaaya wasn't to say that he sucked. If you've been here a while, I defended him a ton. It was that he looked like the greatest QB ever in 7 on 7 but was never near that great in actual game situations. His pure passing ability was as good as anyone we've ever had but as mentioned prior, his pocket awareness was horrible. You don't have to be fast but if you're slow, you better be able to move in the pocket to avoid the rush. He couldn't. If he didn't have a perfect pocket, he'd panic and take bad sacks or make bad throws. For all his passing ability, he only went over 60% one year and that was 2016 under Richt.

We are going to need a quick passing game to neutralize ufs potential pass rush. Although I think y’all are overstating how good they are in the front 7 and they lost polite who was by far their best pass rusher. For whatever the reason certain teams had all day to throw vs uf including mizzou, Kentucky, uga to name a few so they don’t always get there

just as important as the quick passing game is gonna be how quickly the qbs are going through reads. that's why you shouldnt listen to any media & their opinions based on watch 15 minutes of passes vs air or 1v1s. you can throw a pretty ball but if you can't make the quick decisions & go through progressions 11v11 & red zone when windows get tighter, then "he throws the best ball" is worthless.
