all I hear is this new offense is bad.

What is it? You want a new spread to showcase "S.FL" talent or not? Make up your **** mind.

Bunch of complaining on this site.

You act like a team has never sleep walked before vs a lesser team, particularly for only one half of football.

And what adjustments did you see the defense make in the second half that gives you any hope for the season? Their freshman QB finally made a few mistakes. Dorito did nothing to change the scheme at halftime, you just had luck on your side.

Worst coaching staff at UM in 30 years.

Are you aware MCNEESE ST almost beat Nebraska last year?
 
This ain't the spread most people want though. Kaaya is not mobile enough for it. Rosier can do it after kaaya leaves probably though

Gtfo with that ****. This aint no attacking spread. Look at baylor and hiw they attack out of the spread and go down the field even against ****** teams. And i dont wanna hear any bull**** excuse about being vanilla until nebraska. Its called getting a rhythm and ur timing down in live game situations so that when you are prepared to call more attacking plays its not a foreign concept to the players.

How can we attack when we have Herb Water as our #1 ?

Spread is a general term used for offenses that operate primarily from the shotgun with three to five receivers.

There are a bunch of different offenses that can be run out of the spread, though. Mike Leach's spread is different from Urban Meyer's, which is different from Bill Belicheck's.

And even when you go beyond philosophy, there is still the art of play calling.

Point being, our offensive performance deserves criticism in spite of the switch to the spread.
