Evaluating Manny DC to transitioning to HC

I never was big on him as a DC.

My biggest gripe with him as a HC has been the backpedaling and roster management.

Hopefully he learns and adjusts if he manages to stick around.

This fan base is like Missouri right now we are in a “show me state”.

the staff he hired needs a complete overhaul after one year. tells me he has no clue how to put a staff together and no coaches willing to work under him.

man, that makes it even more worrisome long term as the second point on no coaches want to work for him is very scary.
i am on board with a lot of out for CMD but not being able to attract coaching talent is bad, bad news
