I understand why you looked at ACC only numbnuts. there are other ways of normalizing for schedule differences. one is by using statistical models (such as Sagarin) that rank schedules

That is my point, since the OOC changes so much every year AND it is impossible to say how Coach X does against 2011 Team Y simply eliminate this variable and compare the constant. Since we disagree on whether or not this makes sense, we will have to agree to disagree.

Randy's worst year (2007) may be worse than F.A.G.s worst year (though that is very much debatable, the 2012 team was pathetic) BUT Randy's best team would beat the brakes off of any of F.A.G.s teams
