They only used WAR. With only 15 teams listed, they just don't have the depth of hitters. They definitely have the pitching to make noise though.

Canes bias aside (and this list is flat out stoopid), I seriously can't remember the last college athletics rankings opinion article that wasn't moarrrr idiotic than not. I'd say these hacks just do it to create outrage and get clicks but I think they're just morons.
