Really amazing story. I'm completely stunned that he has recovered mentally so quickly. I expected him to go thru a period of depression. He has a great women by his side and they embraced the situation to move forward with their lives.

I lost my leg in 2010. It never should have gotten to that point because I was misdiagnosed years earlier. I was bitter for a very long time experiencing depression along the way. It took me years to truly let it go and move forward with life. I'm in a great place mentally. It's great to see Kendrick in that place so soon. I'm happy for him. He's going to be fine.

Glad to hear that you're in a great place now. Mindblowing how Kendrick seemingly immediately came to terms with this. People rightfully can point to religion or even previous adversity in life but it's almost like some people are just born/designed mentally to be able to process massive trauma in a faster manner.

I can’t say enough about his attitude and mental strength. He’s a beast of a man mentally. I’m so proud he’s a Cane. FWIW his wife is almost impressive as him. There are no words to adequately describe this man and give him his just do. WOW!
