I'm rewatching the Georgia Tech, and good lord. Number 74 is a freak of nature. Big, flexible, athletic and aggressive.

Future Top 10 pick.

I was just gonna make a thread about him.

Seantrel gets all the attention, but Flowers is just as good.

great find by the staff.

consensus 3 star bicho recruit for the star people.

predicted by some on here, including the recently absent Lucane. i've seen him get burned on less than a hand full of plays this year.

Holy ****.

You CANNOT start a thread with a player's name only for the title.

Especially a key - ******* key! - cog like the badass EF.
Especially the night before a game.

Gave me a cotdam heart attack.

There's a reason Flowers has come in and played LT right away over "the all the talent in the world but too much space in between the ears" Seantrel.

You never hear anything about this guy because he goes about his business. He has all the makings off a top LT in the NFL if he continues to master his craft.

Flowers was a 3 star, nobody recruit when UM offered him. He became a four star during his senior year when it became clear that he was a MONSTER.

Yep Lu has always been big on him.

I will give myself a Curt Henning pat on the back and say that I dubbed him the highest draft pick on the team back in June 2012. He has everything.

So he was a 4 star......
It doesnt matter what they are ranked early, it matters where they finish. Its like saying that a team was a top 5 team one year, but in reality they finished barely ranked, ie USF a couple of years ago. The only thing that counts is where you finish and Flowers was a consensus 4 star kid.

Gets lost in the shuffle but you watch other games and see their LT getting blown up and reminds you of the stud we got covering our QBs blindside

One of my favorite aspects of Flowers is that he seems like a quiet, humble kid in interviews, but when you get him on the field, he's got one of the nastiest mean streaks on the team.

If you constructed a LT in a lab, it'd be pretty **** close to EF. Prototype.

All you have to say is Rayshawn Jenkins, Thirsty Armbrister, Olsen Pierre, Rashawn Scott, and all the other Temple recruits

Golden knows talent

That's cool and all put that doesn't change the point: UM was able to spot a highly talented kid that wasn't getting much attention on the national recruiting scene.

Was never trying to refute that. Bicho called him a consensus 3 star but that was just not true. I responded to your post which alluded the same. Flowers is one of the top prospects on the entire team, and at this point it's **** apparent Golden has an eye for talent. Never was trying to dispute that.
