When Richt is gone after 2019, if Blake James is involved with hiring his replacement, we will be back in the same situation in 2022 talking about another failed football coach.

I thought Jon Richt was the HCIW.

If I were an AD, I would NOT permit nepotism in any way, shape or form. This is the one thing that really upsets me about Richt, plus I thought he was smarter than that. By appointing his son as QB coach reflects that he does NOT have the benefit of the University of Miami Football team as priority & just wants to give his son a good paying job (for which he is not qualified for). If Richt does not at very least hire a "real" OC very soon, he will be putting nails in his coffin. Thus, so be it.
