@_QUICK6: Really wish they didn't fire Al Golden. Dude gave a lot of players the opportunity to fulfill their dreams. Truly a genuine man of society!

This kids do need to understand that coaches do not pay for those scholarships. Al did not write checks for players tuition. Donors do. People like us do. Coaches get paychecks, we write the checks.

Isnt that Blades Jr? If so he aint goin nowhere.
Already decommitted

Well, ****. Lol.

He's got 2 years to go before he needs to make an actual decision. That's more than enough time to re-recruit him. I honestly believe he will be a Cane. Once a new coach is hired and once again makes Blades a priority he will have a lot more confidence in the decision. I can't blame a 15 year old for not reacting well to uncertainty and the dismissal of a coach who he looked at as a father-figure, especially when his father unfortunately passed away.

said it in another thread, Goldens recruiting was on par with how Miami recruits as a school, thats why he couldnt get the difference makers, he would get the kids that were coming here any ways and then had his camp reaches and out of state disasters

the guys that leave were gonna leave anyways, ahmon richards wasnt coming here

Deion Jackson says he's locked in regardless of the coach, that's great news.
Everybody is saying good things about being committed to the program as of right now.
And Auburn is trying to flip everyone in South Florida again.

How do you figure Richards wasn't coming here?

Richards wanted to decommit to Auburn a while back but his parents wouldn't let him. They really liked Golden for some reason.

any recruit that would leave cus Alfraud is gone is no loss

Its not really you have to consider Al been recruiting some of these kids since they were in 8th grade, he knows their families, and Golden was known to be a good guy, not a good coach.

Auburn's got their own problems right now. What are they, 4-4?

I wouldn't panic with recruiting till we get the coach in. Golden was a loser and getting kids to come here we need winning now to get the special players consistently. If the guy can have Duke Johnson etc and have us go 6-7 these kids need to realize it was going to be much of the same and then it got worst
