- He has horrendous mechanics
- Wildly inaccurate
- Below average arm talent
- Elementary level arm strength
- Little to no athletic ability
- HORRIBLE field awareness & pocket presence
- No feel for the game
- Lacks capability to make all the throws

Those are the cold hard FACTS. That's who he is as a QB & that's who he's been. No amount of stories & finger pointing is going to change that.

One thing I’ve learned on the internet is that every team’s journalist, insider discorder, and influencer (lack of better words) has a group of loyal followers who treats their words like gospel. It happens everywhere.

I put an end to my subscription to that site many years ago when Ferman interviewed that hack "columnist" from Yahoo who ran his hack pieces on UM football, elevating Nevin Shapiro in the process. Not only did he interview that writer, he allowed him to host a Q&A on his site. He and Shodell are a pair of matching Colostomy bags.

The footwork in some of these are startling for a guy who has been in college for a few years. You don’t need snaps with the 1s to make good throws. He’s a rebuild as a player from the bottom up- from his footwork to his grip on the ball. It isn’t a great look for our development though, regardless.

absolutely - there's a loyal group on that board, for sure.


I was curious if they mentioned it on their daily podcast so I just listened to the first 15 min. They doubled down on everything they wrote last night. They claim that Cam decided not to play the second half before the game. When that happened, the other starters on offense also sat the second half. Dawson was in a tough spot because Emory hadn't taken snaps to play since they thought Cam was .
Pretty sure that is just false. I recently rewatched that game. Arroyo, Martinez, Lofton for sure were all on the field. I don't remember if JG played the whole second half.
