I loved what I saw from Emory. That play where he had to bail & got it to George was pretty much everything I was hoping to see from him. I'm not qualifying ****. Dude showed competency, poise, natural instinct & awareness.
If TVD is hurt, I hope they let the backups have Bethune. We've had so many freshmen come through across all positions who flashed or looked promising only to have them be average or dissappear. And I personally believe that circumstances had a negative impact on their growth. If TVD & the O-line can stay healthy, Emory has a great situation to grow & learn without being thrown to the wolves like our backups were last year.
