Emilion just committed to minnesota

No doubt we'll be resorting to whatever scraps FIU and FAU decide to leave us this class.

If we finish 35 or lower would that be worse than the Shanny to Golden or Golden to Richt transition classes?
We’re at 14 or 15 right now in the rankings. Who/how many drop out?

Back to back years Fleck has flexed on us for a Florida recruit. Last year it was a Linebacker we wanted.

Minnesota is out coaching, out performing and now can go head to head in recruiting with Miami.

F*ck

Credit to Minnesota, you can say they are out performing a lot of teams.

But it's a gamble for this kid...They still run the ball 60/40, Fleck could/will be gone soon, and a lot of their success is because they played the absolute weakest schedule in the Big 10.

Do you know where the class is ranked now? Are you just venting?
Not venting, just assuming. Though, I thought we were ranked lower than 15th. Still, I would expect a pretty massive drop. No way Manny is able to save face with some commits after one of the worst finishes imaginable.

They don’t give a **** about cold weather until they spend 1-2 full winters at those places. I think as a kid from Overtown in Miami you’ve probably never seen snow or felt real cold so in an official visit that seems cool and new. However, after spending a month in freezing temps I’m sure they feel some type of way about their decision
C-Cane, I think that would only come into play if they are not starting or having success and unhappy. But if they are balling don't you think it will be a non factor?

No more of a gamble than signing with Miami. We have no identity on offence. Diaz probably has a year left and We played the weakest schedule in the ACC.

Oh I didn't say it was more of a gamble...At all. Not making a case for Miami here. Just saying it surprises me this kid would just shut down his recruitment and go all in with Minny here...I'm not sure they have staying power and he's a Sofla boy and it's **** cold there. God bless him though, maybe Flick stays and they are certainly an improved team.

Can't help but think we'll look back at this one and be like "why was he not a 'Cane?"

Top 2 WRs in the Fleck system are very productive college players. Corey Davis, Daniel Braverman, now Johnson and Batemon. He's not making a bad decision.

Minnesota gets cold af, but its a beautiful state.
